"Sullie's Pub & Grille is the culmination of a dream to establish a business in the name of my father, Paul Sullivan, a beer salesman for 40 years in Saco where everyone knew him as "Sullie." His love of his heritage and appreciation for all things Irish was a gift he passed along to me and my 5 siblings, all of us "Sullie" to our friends! We all agree he would have loved this place and would be one of the Pub's most frequent customers!"
